I've been thinking, since I won't be getting much points on Stormscale, i'm gonna have to make some changes to my short-term route in which to take item-wise, i've decided to go for a slightly higher spelldamage combination with much more crit than I had in season one, only downfall being that in Season 1 I used combustion to compensate for my lack of crit, this time round, if I have both crit and spelldamage, then combustion will be quite a throwaway talent to take, I should really go iceblock/icebarrier build minus combustion, then my silk crit will complement my lack of combustion, I havent decided on a build to go yet for my own specific use. If I choose to go a team on Vashj without iceblock it could be murder and will probably annoy me too, at the same time I don't want to be yoyoing specs so maybe i'll just end up ditching arena altogether and rebound in Season 3. Anyway, my plan at the moment is going to be Engineering helm, 2x Season 1, 2x season 2, Silk and S2 Mainhand / heroic badge offhand. This requires the least possible points for me and I can still get quite a significant bonus through the 2x season bonuses combined, they should add more routes to take like this that don't require full out new season max-point gear, its a nice alternative way to go, shame there isnt more options for the less fortunate :)
There is always the possibility of making a late charge in Season 2 with my Vashj lineup, but i'm never overly optimistic and take nothing for granted, so I'll see how it goes.
